Street shooting back in 2010 was rather scary in Dhaka. Not to say I felt unsafe, is just that it did not feel right to be going out alone. Most of the solo shooting was just around the hotel. The photo taken was literally not long after checking in to the hotel. The image shows the male subject putting floor which I presume will be used to make roti for the restaurant.
Honestly, the photo to me was in the bin, but as migrated to Lightroom CC and started to learn how to edit smartly, this photo suddenly became usable.
Refer to the photo below on the output! Quite impressive. I must say that this is attributed to the dynamic range from D3s. Man – the power of the sensor was so awesome even back then.
