I would probably go to Akihabara Station everytime I visit Tokyo. This is due to the location of Yodobaishi, which is a heaven for geeks like me! The 1.5s exposure is meant to have a sharper image versus removing the crowd. I could do a ND1000 but in a crowded location Akihabara – it is almost impossible. What I’ll get are shadows of people moving about!
