Day 2 was far more decent than day 1. The food intake was generally OK but there are few mishaps.
Breakfast
No breakfast was taken
Lunch
Buddha bowl with teriyaki chicken. Could have skip the chicken, in fact should have taken the no carb meal versus buddha bowl which was laden with rice. Supposed to be clean though.
Tea
Wallop few coconut cookies and the coffee was also laden with sugar. Not much though. Need to be careful and THINK.
Dinner
Vietnamese inspired dinner. Was good. Some rice paper but minimal but should have skipped the macarons and chocolate towards the end. Wanted to clean the palette.. yeah right.
But all in all no binging. Primarily because I didn’t eat alone. That is another topic for another. Now time to workout! I am late!
