This is a common sight in Hanoi in the morning. The photo was taken at 7:46am. I made a point to wake up early and have a quick walkabout. Honestly – given that it rained most of the time, the best thing for me to do is to wake up early and do my walk. Because the rest of the day I am stucked to my room or cafe (walloping coffee!)
