Few years ago I had the opportunity to have dinner hosted by the host of License To Grill – Robert Rainford. He is definitely a person that knows his stuffs.
During the the dinner – which was done on the roof top of BSC, he made a variety of dishes. The one that I was amazed was grilled tenderloin stuffed with blue cheese. I myself made this dish and I must say it almost the same as his… If not better!
