Back Squat 5-5-5
then:-
In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
7 Pull Ups, 7 Burpees
My managed to do:
- Back Squat (35,45,55)
- in 12 minutes – 6 rounds of 7 ring rows (substitute for pull ups) + 7 burp-ees…
